Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing E2 Studio. This policy explains when a refund is available, how to request one, and how refunds are processed.

1. Pre-generation full refund (14 days)

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet triggered business plan generation from your account. To qualify:

• The refund request reaches us within 14 calendar days of the order date.
• Your account has not started a business plan generation run (Application status has not advanced past wizard input).
• The original payment method is still valid for refund.

If all three conditions are met, we issue a full refund through our payment processor. Funds typically return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. Post-generation refunds (case-by-case)

Once you have generated a business plan, the AI service has been rendered and the underlying compute cost has been incurred on your behalf. Refunds at this stage are evaluated case-by-case on a quality basis:

• Severe quality failure: if the generated plan is materially unusable (e.g., empty sections, mismatched company, broken financials), email us with the plan id and we will issue a refund or regenerate at no additional cost.
• Buyer's remorse: refunds after generation are not available for change-of-mind reasons. The plan content remains yours to use regardless of whether you submit a petition.
• Outside our control: visa denial, attorney disagreement, or USCIS policy changes are not refundable. We make no guarantee of outcome (see Terms §4).

3. How to request a refund

Send an email from your account email address to [email protected] with:

• Your order ID (it appears on the receipt emailed to you at purchase).
• A brief reason for the request.
• For post-generation quality refunds, the plan id (from the /plan/[id] URL in your dashboard).

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued by our payment processor directly; we do not process card transactions ourselves.

4. Free updates within V1

Your $499 purchase includes free upgrades to V1.1 and V1.2 (Document Vault, Source of Funds Builder, additional notifications). No additional payment is required for these updates while your account remains active.

5. Account deletion after refund

Approved refunds revoke access to the business plan generator and associated downloads. If you would also like your account and any generated content removed from our systems, delete your account from account settings or email [email protected].
