Welcome to E2 Studio. By using this website and our services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Not a Law Firm; No Legal Advice

E2 Studio is a self-help document preparation tool. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Using the Service does not establish an attorney-client relationship. The eligibility analysis, business plan generator, document checklists, and AI-generated narrative output are educational tools that help you organize information yourself. For legal advice on your specific situation, consult a licensed immigration attorney admitted in your jurisdiction.

2. Service Description

The Service provides: a 12-question eligibility-scoring wizard with an AI-generated narrative report; an authenticated dashboard for paid users; and a 7-step Business Plan Generator that produces a USCIS-format PDF suitable for submission alongside your E-2 petition.

All written output is generated by AI (large language models operated by Anthropic) based on the inputs you provide. AI output may contain factual errors, omissions, or out-of-date information. You are responsible for reviewing every page before relying on it or submitting it to USCIS.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, truthful information when using the Service.
• Review every AI-generated output for accuracy before relying on it or filing it with any government agency.
• Engage a licensed immigration attorney to review and file your E-2 petition. The Service does not file petitions on your behalf.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to defraud immigration authorities.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

Visa approval depends on USCIS, consular officers, and many factors outside our control. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee about the outcome of your visa application, the persuasive value of any document generated by the Service, or the suitability of the output for your specific case.

5. Intellectual Property

The E2 Studio software, design, content, and trademarks are owned by us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal E-2 visa preparation. AI-generated output produced for your account is yours to use, reproduce, and submit to USCIS.

6. Payment, Billing & Refunds

One-time price: The V1 Starter package is a one-time payment of $499 USD. The price grants you access to generate your business plan and to receive free updates within V1 (V1.1 Document Vault and V1.2 Source of Funds Builder).

Merchant of Record: Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record payment partner, who handles the transaction. Our payment partner handles billing, VAT/sales tax collection where applicable, and the payment receipt you receive. E2 Studio does not store your card details; we only receive a confirmation of the order via webhook.

Refund window: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet generated your business plan. After you trigger plan generation, refunds are handled case-by-case on a quality basis. See the Refund Policy for full terms and the request flow.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, E2 Studio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including (without limitation) visa denial, lost business opportunity, or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold E2 Studio harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, the content you submit through it, or your visa application.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion from your account settings or by emailing [email protected].

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye (the operator's home jurisdiction), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of İstanbul.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced by email to account holders.
